Young Leaders

CAGC Young Leaders

CAGC's Young Leaders Program is designed to connect, develop and inspire the next generation of construction industry leaders. Throughout the year, participants enjoy a variety of engaging opportunities, including leadership luncheons, professional development workshops, networking events, pickleball tournaments, jobsite tours and the annual Young Leaders Conference.

Open to construction professionals age 45 and under, the program provides valuable opportunities to build relationships, expand industry knowledge, develop leadership skills and grow professionally alongside peers from across the Carolinas. Employees of CAGC member firms are eligible to participate, and individual Young Leader memberships are also available for those not affiliated with a member company.
